Anesthesia

What is Blefaropeel

Chemical blepharoplasty is an exclusive protocol (BLEFAROPEEL) consisting of a sectorized chemical peel localized to the eyelid area. BLEFAROPEEL is an exclusive technique for eliminating excess skin and laxity in the eyelids, with retraction power strong enough to replace conventional surgical blepharoplasty — besides removing excess skin from the upper and lower eyelids, it stimulates collagen that eliminates eyelid laxity, with a long-lasting result of up to 5 years.

This procedure is also indicated for pigmented/dark under-eye circles, in both younger and more mature patients, treating eyelid pigmentation definitively.

How it works, step by step

    Assessment

    Assessment of eyelid laxity and pigmentation of the under-eye area.

  2. 02

    Skin priming

    Prior priming according to protocol, respecting the required suspension period for topical acids.

  3. 03

    Application

    Sectorized chemical peel, with higher intensity on the eyelids and a milder peel on the rest of the face to even out the result.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

    Follow-up of the peeling phase, more intense around the eyes, until the final result.
