Reverse Protocol

Removes excess filler with hyaluronidase

Reverse Protocol
Duration
On average 30 to 60 minutes, varying by the extent of reversal needed.
Sessions
Usually 1 session; a 2nd application may be needed in more extensive cases. There is no guaranteed fixed number — defined at the consultation, case by case.
Recovery
Mild, temporary swelling may occur in the first 24 to 48 hours.
Anesthesia
Anesthesia is always used — assessed at the consultation, and can be oral medication, local anesthesia and/or applied during microneedling, depending on the treatment indicated. Additional sedation is rarely needed (about 98% of patients do not need it).

The treatment

What is Reverse Protocol

The REVERSE Protocol is our clinic’s exclusive technique for the safe, precise reversal of hyaluronic acid filler that was applied in excess or unevenly.

Widely sought by patients with artificial or disproportionate results, or who wish to return to a more natural look, REVERSE is indicated for areas such as the lips, jawline, under-eye area, and cheekbones, among other regions frequently affected by excess volume.

We use hyaluronidase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down hyaluronic acid, allowing partial or total removal of the previous filler. The procedure is performed with refined technique, respecting each patient’s anatomy and aesthetic needs, ensuring safety, predictability and minimal discomfort.

After removal, the face undergoes a new assessment. In many cases, new filler can be applied days or weeks later, now with a lighter, more precise and natural approach — in line with the clinic’s philosophy, which prioritizes harmonious, elegant and discreet results.
